Watson lake sits between Fam land to the North and North West. A low exposed rocky layer ridge to the Soith West. A fish hatchery to the South. Dirt road to the East. The Poudre to the East of the Road. A red Rocky layer cliff as high as a half mile to the East of the river. There are tree lines on either side of the river and the lake side of the road. This gives way to many different types of Birds. Golden Eagles nest high up on the cliff. I spotted no Eagles or Eaglets. Can find the Eagle's nest on the cliff wall? A diversion dam moves water into the lake. This was an old low lying farmers field. Swimmers get caught in a submerged fence occasionally. The water immediately flows out of the lake both back into the river and into the fish hatchery. You can bottom and spinner cast in the lake. Fly fishing in the river looks fun. You can feed the fish in the fish hatchery.

Today, I found three species of birds I haven't seen before. I saw several others but because the leaves are now on the trees, I got no clear pictures.

I took pictures of the various sight lines around the lake but the visuals are overwhelming in person. Its about 10 miles and 25 minutes away from the House.
