FCP 2022 0528 Afternoon at the Park

I decided to listen to OSU Baseball on an easy chair next to the lake. One of the all time wildish games ever. I missed a bunch of pictures because it was ball game first, pictures second. The gooses pooped big time on my truck I discovered when I went to leave.

It was a Sunny day until the humidity change in the afternoon. The lake picture showed the wind blew a little. Many people were fishing today, not sure they caught anything. The reason is the Pelicans and Herons eat a ton of fish. I have several pictures of what I believe is a female Western Meadow lark. I got some ok pictures of one of the Duck Families. If I was ready with the Camera I could have got an extreme close up. They paddled out of site before I could snap a real close picture.

I got a decent red winged black bird picture but the light faded with the clouds blowing in so it was just ok. The Cormorants came out great as you can see the red in their heads. The water was reflective at first which you can see in a few pictures. I get a kick out of the Heron on the House roof top. I didn't get a picture of the Turtles as they went into hiding once the Sun disappeared.
