We took a 4 minute Narrow gauge Railroad trip looking at the current and old Gold Mines in Cripple Creek, Colorado. The large side dirt structures are part of the largest open pit mine in America. They take 500 Million out of the mine a year. Lots of old equipment and Vistas on the trip. I captured the smoke in a few pictures from the coal fired steam engine. The town is mainly rock buildings as the town burnt down a couple times near its height. The town has gambling which we did not do much of. The pointy hill with the cell towers on it use to be where the Indians sent smoke signals to various other tribes in the area.
